Meet Your Instructor

Janie Budnick founded 4-Legged Kids, Inc in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1997, which provides dog walking and pet sitting services in the St. Louis area. She is the first in-home pet care provider to receive Certified Professional Animal Care Operator (CPACO) status through the Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC) and serves on their board of directors. 

Her 34 years in the pet industry growing her pet business to nearly seven figures has made her uniquely qualified to assist other pet business owner with their strategic planning. Janie provides one-on-one coaching as the PetBizGURU, hosts a popular pet business podcast at the PetBizHIVE, and curates education and community to in the PetBizMBA business accelerator membership, which opens each October and March. 

She is the only high-level pet business strategist who elevates the industry through education programs while staying immersed in her own rapidly growing pet business.


The Bridge the Gap Course starts with a Welcome Live on November 19th at 4pm PST / 7pm EST and continues with the four course modules being dripped on the following schedule:
