Is growing a team worth it? Should I expand or should I stay solo?
Creating and growing a team for a business can have various benefits, including intellectual property and independence, but requires organization and decision-making skills. To transition from a “me” brand to a “we” brand involves pros and cons and requires that the business owner and leader understand the responsibilities of delegating tasks. Furthermore, responsibility areas must be audited and tasks need to be delegated in an organized manner. It is important to focus on building an organization of independent thinkers to be successful and to invest in clients’ confidence in the work being done. Strategies and marketing should then be invested in to increase growth and create a successful business.
